Building Positions.

Are there any guides to help start to build positions? Getting back into 3 position after a long hiatus with a new rifle.

Need to learn all over again. Found a youtube by Emmons for kneeling.

Also, I used to shoot with a Unertl and mover the scope forward and back for different positions. Maybe this was wrong? Is it correct to move buttplate in and out instead?
