Does anyone have any idea where one could find this mount for a dot that’s pictured. Looks like a pretty slick set up

I have the champions choice mount but looking for something more compact

It's an adapter that replace the rear sight
You need to use the screw from the rear sight as it does not come with it
But it is limited to a few brand of optic
