hi,
I have one second-hand pardini kid's who's cylinder says it is 2015 make. but some body said that cylender could be changed.
so please tell me is there any way to tell the correct year or make or model.

No idea I'm afraid.
If you can't find a serial number then ask Pardini how you can tell the age of the gun.

Why would you even care? It's only the cylinder dates that are causing problems.

Try under side of frame near trigger guard if it's not on the left side..
