other one is 2016 ,model with new cylender and new trigger like styer.

One thing...make sure seller is legit. There have been some recent scams where shooters lost money because no gun was ever delivered.
Those air pistols are so new I doubt there is any noticeable wear. Do the cylinders hold air? Do they hold air when screwed on to the pistol? Do the pistols load smoothly? Any obvious dings or stripped screws on sight adjustments?
