Mystery Grip Identification

Greetings,

I have several sets of revolver grips to sell.

Sadly, I cannot determine who made them.

They are well made and intended for the ISU/ISSF CenterFire discipline.

Here are some images. Hopefully, someone can identify the manufacturer.

Very pretty. My guess is Nill. I believe the upsweep on the heel rest disqualifies them for ISSF in which case they would be limited to NRA. I'm sure somebody here can cite the specific rule.

Getting closer.

Yes, the image has an upswept heel.

Another one the same and the last one is flat.

All three grips have the extended material at the top and unless your thumb is broken and reset, I cannot see how you would be able to cock the hammer.

Might have been customs for silhouette shooting?

The owner went and died and did not leave any clues.

for the good old ISU single handed target shooting - the hammer is cocked with your left hand!
Top shooters would have them made to fit their shooting hand!
the idea is - you have the gun in the same position in your hand every time - like a glove - aids accuracy!

difficult to tell what make the are for, but they would mainly be used on quality revolvers used for serious target shooting.
My guess would be S&W or Colt (Python?).

Fairly easy to change/remove the upswept heel for anyone who has done woodwork and can use a file and sandpaper
- perhaps a dremel tool.
Also not too difficult to change/fit the inside for another revolver with similar dimensions if necessary.

I sorted out what revolver they fit. Two are K frame and the other an N frame Smith and Wesson.

What I would like to know is "Who Made Them?"

To make two of the grips ISU legal, they would have to remove the palm rest flare.
