I have an iPhone 4, and I used it to pick up target and facetime with my personal iPhone. Works pretty well. iPhone camera is more than sharp enough for the target.

Yes, that works if you have a signal - Here's another idea I tried, works well up to about 50-70 yards, just tethering two android devices together, works anywhere, even with no signal.

And here's a simple wireless one using cheap RC FPV transmitter and receiver - ok up to about 200 yards in open country.

upgraded the home range: a webcam hanging in front of the target linked with a table via a 13m long USB cable, plus a 4500lm projector on the target

How do you guys feel about shooting your air pistols outside in humid conditions? We've had a run of hot & humid weather here with another week or two left to go yet. I don't like the idea of bringing out my pistols from an air conditioned home into a hot & humid outdoors. I feel it would cause moisture damage to the pistol.

Are you running free pistol matches at Metcalf?

We need more pistol matches in Northern California. Too many of our venues have closed down.
Matches of one :-)
I have never seen anybody else shooting FP there and all the people look at me funny for the strange pistol.
Love the places though, great staff.
You should put together some matches. There's a contingent of FP shooters on the Peninsula.
Unless I am on vacation abroad, I go there every week end. Sat or Sun from mid morning until closing time (4pm).
TBH, I am not very interested in matches but if anybody from the Bay Area wants to meet there to chat and share notes, I am open to the possibility.
