Rifle shooting training school?

Post by Shooterer »

Where could a person go and pay for one on one coaching for small-bore rifle shooting? Are there any professional academies or ranges that have daily or weekly training sessions.

I am self taught, started late in life, have top of the line equipment, have read the suggested books and I'm not getting any better. (Now I known how golfers feel.)

Somewhere warm and sunny would help with getting the Mrs. to buy in.

Give the US Army Marksmanship Smallbore Rifle Team at Fort Benning, GA. a call.
I can't find the number, maybe someone here can tune in.
They may be able to point you in the right direction.
Many of their retired shooters may offer personal training.

the CMP and US Army Marksmanship Unit are excited to

new smallbore rifles to be used in the class. This class is
currently offered to junior shooters who have an interest
to learn about smallbore competition.
Personal smallbore

Anderson CMP Competition Center at 8:00 am. Students
