Dear firends!
I am trying to solve one problem - elbow orientation
(facing down versus facing at 45 degree to the floor). I konow, that there are elements of shooting, taht are more important than that one.
While shoting the rapid stage of center fire I found helpful shooting with my elbow facing directly down and elbow slightly flexed (not completly extended and fixed), but shooting the free pistol, air pistol or the precise stage of center fire this way is difficult and I have "flyers". I found easier to soot It with my elbow orieted at approximately 45 degree towards the floor (also slightly flexed). Probably I am doing something wrong, but I do not know what (wrist movement?).
What is your usual practise? Please, do not write, what texbooks says.
I shoot 10.000 round a year (38Sp) and I had 548 at a registered match this year.
Thanks for your oppinion.
