Try Home Depot. Go to the electrical section and buy a 10"x10" metal electrical box and 6 pounds of duct seal. Put duct seal in the bottom of box and your done.
If you don't have a Home Depot you can try other electrical supply stores for both items.

You might try something like this if you have a wood shop.

I have been making an improved version for 4-5 years and have sold over 350 so far. I have several available or plans on how to make your own are on my web site.

The one I made cost nothing. It is not silent but sure is a whole lot quiter than the metal ones at the club where I coach.
I found a suitable size cardboard box a bit larger than the A5/10 target. Stuff it full of newspapers. Occasionally you have to change the newspapers before you shoot through the thing. As an added precaution you can put a piece of sheet metal or plywood behind the papers. That will act as a sort of alarm that it is time to change the papers.
Try it, it works. Been using mine for 4 years now.
When the face of the box gets too shot-up, just tape another piece of cardboard over the face and resume operations.

Re: Pellet trap
You only need an old boiler suit hanging behind the targets with 2-3 inches distance from the wall. Just move it a little from time to time as the fabric gets worn.
