Book on Mental Training for Shooting

Has anyone read the books “mental training in shooting“ and/or “the psyche of the shot: sports psychology and competition “? I’m thinking about purchasing one, but in view of the price would like to have the opinion of someone who has read them. Thanks, Tom

Have you considered "With Winning in Mind" by Lanny Bassham?
