Purchasing K12 From Pardini USA

Post by Timberwerks »

Does anyone know if this still needs to be shipped to an FFL dealer or if it can be sent directly to me? I know it's not typical with an air gun to be shipped to FFL dealer but reading Pardini's site it's unclear if all pistols apply.

Thanks

Have you asked anybody at PardiniUSA? Aren't they the most reliable source?

It’s not a firearm under federal law. It can be shipped directly to you. If you want to read up on it, look at the U.S. Code, somewhere around 18 USC 920ish and on.

PardiniUSA can decide to ship to FFL holders only. The answer isn't in the law. It's their choice. Be patient. Wait for their reply.

If they won't accommodate you, there are a few other choices.

Thanks for the replies, I should hear something back from them early in the week. I have a feeling if I ordered from Champions Choice it would drop ship from Pardini USA anyways. Champions Choice doesn't have a right hand large in stock.

On order and should be here Thursday! I'm looking forward to adding this to my collection. It was this or the Morini CM 200, I think I made the right choice.

It arrived today! So far I like it a lot , especially the trigger. Still like the over all feel of my EVO 10 a bit better though, maybe just need to warm up to this a bit.

It's beautiful. Now go shoot it a bit and do a comparison review with the evo. I'd love to know as the k12 was my first choice before I lucked into a never used, used lp10e.
