Just a thought, has anyone invented a silencer for an air rifle that is also an adjustable tuner?

I believe MEC/Centra came out with a "Whisper Stick" that does something along these lines.

Saw it a month or two ago on Facebook from Heinz Reinkemeier. Didn't catch the full story but might be what you are looking for.
