I bought some .177 pellets today and they are 4.51mm. I have been using 4.52. I dont have anything to measure my bore but I have a Anschutz 2002CA and a IZH-46M. Will it make much of a difference?
I think I already know the answer, "Wont know till you try."
But I am hoping for something a little more insightful.

I have done many test with pellets in several different 46M's. They all like the Meisterkugeln 7.7 and 8.2 al little better, both are 4.50 head size and nothing has outshot them. All my testing is done with scope at 18 yds. I have a Daisy 747 and head size makes a difference. I have tested at least 20 different pellets and the Vogel 4.48 head has shot groups of .128 and .100 at 18 yds. many times.
