There are some good smallbore, 3P, and air matches in the area. Outdoor and indoor options. I don't have any experience with the long range stuff but I know that there are several big matches and ranges within a couple hours of SA. Look up STMTC at southtexasshooting.org and drop me a message if you end up this way. Good Luck.

I think they still shoot high power silhouette in New Braufels, TX soooo since they have the range they may also shoot some other good stuff. I hope I spelled New Braufels correctly. I am from Philadelphia, PA which is easier to spell.

I believe there is a monthly outdoor SB match just north of Austin near Marble Falls. For MR/LR, I presume you're talking hipower. There's monthly MR and LR at Bayou Rifle Club, which is just south of Houston. There maybe a walk and paste across the course match in New Braunfels but I have not shot there. You should be able to Google these matches. Not much in SA itself, as far as I know.
