AIR FILL STATION PLANS

Post by Chuckiep »

We are looking to build an multi-valve fill station, like the ones used at CMP or FT Benning. Does anyone have a parts list or a company that builds these?

They have a really neat one at USA Shooting Center in Colorado Springs. Took a StackOn safe on its side and ran a pipe through with every possible fill adapter. Pipe goes through the wall to a big tank and commercial air compressor. By using a Stack on safe they can lock it when they have to.

Here is what the Olympic Shooting Center built.

The box is a cheap SnapOn gun safe. That way the can easily lock it when not in use.

Just curious; does that supply air only at 200 BAR?

I have a picture of the compressor and main air tank on the other side of the wall. Both the compressor and the air tank can go up to 4500 psi--but I did not look to see if they limit it to 3000 psi (200 BAR)

It is limited to 200 Bar out at the fill station.
Good time for a reminder to never look at the manometer from in front of it, particularly while filling.

Search paintball HPA fill panels. Many different regulated or unregulated pushbutton and lever models available.

Also SCBA fill stations.
