Need a part FWB 300S

This may be a long shot but is it possible to buy a Barrel Sleeve part no 1717.024.2 for a FWB 300S? Is so where might I look, thanks for any help.

'Agree with Wynne. I have had very good response from FWB for parts when the US "dealers" refused to help......
