Hakko Red Dot ?

Are any of you familiar with the following red dot sight?
Good or bad?

I've got one. Nice sight. Very well made, nice clear glass, light weight.
Only drawback I've noticed is that the brightness range seems to go only from very bright to extremely bright (ie, not good for low light shooting)
