Book Recommendation

Post by TomJ »

I’m looking for a good read on a long airplane ride. My main interest is the mental aspects of shooting especially in competition, however, I’m also interested on information on technique, I.e., shot process. The books I’m Thinking about are Way of the Rifle, Mental Training in Shooting, or the psyche of the shot: sport psychology and competition. Basically would any one block furnish me with information about golf? I’d appreciate your comments and recommendations. Thanks, Tom

All good books. I think they will help your golf also. I got a lot of good shooting info from Golf is not a Game of Perfect.

"Tequila and the Art of the Big Bore" by Rover.

Heard it's a best seller.

“With winning in mind” by Lenny Bassham. I’ve found his Mental Management System to be
very effective and has made a great impact on how I approach my shooting both technically
and mentally.
