Haven't tried a 601 or 602 but I don't find it any different from the effort required to cock a 600.

I cannot give you a comparison to the others,however the cocking effort on my FWB603 is not hard or tiring.

Straightshooters list it at 19 lbs. they should all be similar as power is similar. My 2002 pnecmatic feels a tad havier than that. My FWB 300S is 12 pounds but of course is a springer.....
