Hi folks.
this slightly off-topic, but everyone here has lots of experience. I'm the chief range officer for my (non-profit) handgun club and I was hoping to talk with people involved with the administration of their own clubs.
When a member becomes a range officer, what standards do you set for them? What credentials, if any do you require? What training are they given?
We have certain standards in effect, but I'd like to explore our options and see what other people are doing. More knowledge is always better.
You can either post here or contact me directly by email.
Many thanks in advance.

Re: Questions on Setting Club Range Officer Credentials
All range offices at our club are required to take the NRA Range Safety Officers course.
