... Looks good except the front sight needed straightening.
Any suggestions of mods or tuneups?
Or does it just need a good cleaning?

Hi Tom.....great pistol....you will have lots of fun with it. I got my 46 from Warren (at Pilkington) and shot pretty well (at least IT did) right out of the box. After a while, I shimmed the grips against the frame and put a little loctite on the grip screws...they tend to loosen with lots of cocking. As I got a bit more into I did some mods to make the grip fit my hand better (pics available if you want). Overall, a great gun for the money...in fact for any money. Good shooting! Craig

Mine was the same way. The sight fits into a sleeve on the barrel, which can be moved after losening the set screw.

Pat,
Did you move the sight or the barrel sleeve?
Thanks, Tom
