Okay, we know the diameter of the X ring is: 5.5mm

Now, let's bust out the calipers here:
DIME = .704" // 17.88mm
QUARTER = .954' // 24.23mm

Compared to 10-Ring@11.5mm and 9-Ring@27.5mm.

I'd put the Dime at 9.6; Quarter at 9.2.

However: is anyone SURE the X-Ring is 10.4 ???

It isn't. It's 10.4 and a bit.

Some 10.4s will register as an X, others won't.

X-ring is 5mm diameter
10.4 is 5.1mm diameter
