Where to buy smallbore windmill?

Anyone know where I can find one of these for outdoor smallbore prone? Any info appreciated.

Many smallbore shooters are using a windmill made by Rick Capozzi.
It is very sensitive and made in the same manner as the Raymer Windmills were.
You may try calling him at 203 375 4806. He lives in CT.
