Thankyou to those who replied to my last post, you were very helpful but i still couldnt find out how high up from the ground the target should be for a 10meter air pistol competition.

Range standards are under the General Technical regulations.....The height of the 10m. target is 1.40m.[+/-0.05m.] above the floor of the firing point. Rule 6.3.9
