The round plastic front sight base holder comes loose on some of our rifles,
The set screw does not hold.
I was thinking of using loctite or epoxy.
Any suggestions.

Fourts:
Yes I'm getting that part, one broke on a rifle, CC is sending a steel one.
The thing I am taking about is the plastic tube that the part you are talking about sits on,

Re: Another CZ 200T question
I understood American youth program Sporter rules were strict on using original parts only which is why I suggested epoxy. Naturally if you can buy better parts then use them. I also understood your parts were not broken simply not holding. We have rescued several obsolete rifles with epoxy when people insist on holding them by the foresight or drop them.
Re: Another CZ 200T question
We have had problems with plastic muzzle break tubes on the T200. We replaced all of ours with metal ones. Bill Earnest Shooting Products makes them. Bill custom makes all sorts of things but he does not have an online store. Do a search for Earnest Shooting Products and you should be able to find a number for him. Give him a call and tell him what you need. If he has some made, he will fix you up.
NOTE: We bought a couple from Pyramydair but the air cylinder didn't clear it so once you installed it the cylinder could not be removed.
