The format of finals has slightly changed with the 2017 ISSF rules and it's not easy to practice them if you don't have someone helping you. Shootwatch is an app for iOS mobile devices made for this. It provides you with official audible commands for all olympic shooting events. You will feel as if a Range Officer was right there with you. The app contains:

I use android, and would certanly buy this app.
A great way to gauge intrest might be to run a kickstarter.
Targetscan came to android via that route, and is now a fantastic tool.
