Other than the adjustability in the stock, is there an advantage of the 800x over the Evolution?
Any and all feedback is appreciated.

Re: FWB 800x vs. FWB 800 Evolution Top
The 800X is heavier than the Evo Top, that's better for adults.
800 Alu sacrifice a bit of stock tuning for a better price, still a great air rifle.
Evolution-line is more aimed at juniors who are still growing, but it's appreciated too by womens and begginers mens, with the possibility to replace some parts with 800 Alu ones.

Same barrel, receiver, trigger, absorber, and sights. You might lose a little distance in length between sights. For me the biggest negative fore the Top is the ambidextrous grip. It can be upgraded, but requires some additional parts other than the grip. The lower overall weight might be a plus to some, but would also be a negative to most.
