Two legal questions:
1. Is it ok to store classified documents on your pc at home?
2. Can an individual ship a long gun to a FFL in another state without shipping from an FFL as long as it goes to an FFL?
OPPs.. Ok i guess we got an answer to no.1. It's ok to put classified documents anywhere and not get in trouble.
Does anyone know about the shipping question?

2. As long as you are sending it to an FFL, you do not have to be an FFL. If it is a long gun, you dont have to pay for overnight shipping either.

Consult with the FFL you would be shipping to before making arrangements. Some will not accept shipment if not from another FFL. FFL's personal preference I guess

Yeah, more and more FFL' s are requiring shipment from an FFL. If I buy a long gun from you and you ship it to my FFL as an individual and I don't except the shipment or do not pass the background check, my FFL is stuck with it without an easy resolution.
