Tall scope rings source?

Greetings all,

I would like to scope one of my LG300XT for silhouette, but I have determined that I need the center-line of the scope about 1.8-1.9 inches above the dovetail. Anyone would know where I could get such rings? Any other option to reach the required height?

The biggest trick is finding a position to mount the rear ring so that it will not interfere with the loading arm and linkage.
Risers and rings below are from BKL.
