Re: adjustable cheek piece
honestly though i would go with a combination like this:
http://www.champchoice.com/store/Main.a ... tem=009279
http://www.champchoice.com/store/Main.a ... tem=001113
would cost a bit more but has a better range of adjustment, i hope they ship to Australia but you may be able to order from europe and save a few dollars...

Here are the gents who made adjustable comb hardware in the 60-dollar range I've used in my writeups. Contact them:

Re: adjustable cheek piece
I have one from Masterclass Stocks that I have been using for a few years that I would sell. I put it in a older anschutz stock but I am no longer going to use that stock.Muffo wrote:Does anyone know where you can buy these mechanisms

Re: adjustable cheek piece
I'd go with the Anschutz parts from Champion's Choice. They permit horizontal adjustment as well as vertical and I think that is essential. Mike Barron

Re: adjustable cheek piece
Both the adjustable comb hardware sets I recommended above allow adjustment of the comb for cast. The screw holes mounting the cheek piece to the hardware are slotted similat to the Loggerhead design mentioned above. But as they aren't currently on the market, contact the makers and ask if they have another.
Otherwise, the Warner Tool version of 7075 aluminum is more than twice as expensive and adjusts identically, but still appears a good value at $140.

im leaning towards the warner tool version because you cannremove it to remove the bolt and return it to its original location without having to adjust itBob Smalser wrote:Both the adjustable comb hardware sets I recommended above allow adjustment of the comb for cast.
