I'll be posting this in a few places.
My current information indicates that both Syracuse and Castleton have fallen off the list of New York State Outdoor Match venues, which leaves me and a lot of others out of the match without traveling 6 to 10 hours one way. In light of that, the Long Lake Fish & Game Club is entertaining the possibility of hosting it in September.
This would be quite an undertaking, so I'd like to hear some feedback from anyone who might attend. This is the club that hosts the Long Lake Black Bear Annual Championship in August and we've seen competitors come in from other states and even Canada for that event.
All feedback/comments welcome...

Re: Feedback From Potential Shooters if Long Lake Hosts NY M
My erroneous thinking has been corrected. Castleton is indeed planning to hold several matches this year:
Code: Select all
May 10
June 13 and 14 - Regional
August 9
September 27 - NYS match
