Walther LPM-1 Rebuild

Post by David W. Johnson »

I have the LPM-1 and a rebuild kit. I am mechanically inclined, but diagrams and instructions on this weapon are scant. Plus, I've never broken down an LP. If anyone with a greater knowledge of the operation would care to mentor me, I would appreciate it. I've never torn something down without being able to fix it and put it together again. It would just be nice to have backup.

You might find this link helpful. It describes more of a restoration than basic build, but at least it has some pertinent details which are hard to find on the LPM-1

The build was done a bit over a year ago so the author may recall the details if you had any questions.

Good luck!
