It looks like you have excellent form and generally good practice for the shot, but perhaps shoot too quickly. More time between shots. You're rushing. Then you hold too long, maybe. Try a session where you take at least 45 seconds between shots, and hold for no more than 7 seconds counting from when the sights first touch the black. Just an exercise, which may or may not prove useful. At worst a waste of an hour or so. I find that the weight of the 46m is high enough that it leads to some random motions if held too long. That's why I reduced the weight of mine substantially. Allowed me to hold longer when I needed to... but really it's better to get the shot gone earlier. Some very nice shooting in there. You have medals in your future.

You seem to be doing okay. I would like to tell you about my air gun postal league that is running now for the winter. It is a series of 8 matches with scores due every 2 weeks for 20 shots each match. We have done the second match already, but a person could still enter if they get caught up. There are several catagories that will include most everyone and there are awards for each group. Cost is only $14 for the whole thing. Gidday.

Got a bit of a list here. I should preface that I am no international level coach, I coach grass roots 10m Air Pistol. (High School kids).
Here are some notes I jotted down as I watched this. These were my first impressions.


Shot 1: (7.4 at 3 O'clock).

* Strong steady lift. Good.
* Strong steady drop into the aiming area. Good
* Wasted time chasing after the aiming area, not quite aligned laterally? Bad
* Held for too long. Gun well out of control by the end. Rushed shot.
* Probably should have canceled - athletes disappointment indicates it was always going to be a bad shot.


Summary:
Good form except you chased something that should have been sorted out before your shot.
Remedial Action: Align yourself with your target by pointing with your hand to determine a natural point of aim.

Shot 2: 10.0 at 6 o'clock
* Lift without looking - madness
* Strong Steady Lift - Good
* Dropped into aiming area much too fast. Bad
* As a consequence of dropping too fast you end up correcting movement. (up-down-up-down) Bad
* Better trigger control and balance. Good.
* Adequate follow through - but I dislike how you drop your head to look at the monitor before completing your shot.

Summary: Procedural errors start to rear their heads but you saved your bacon with a good shot.
Remedy: Begin to develop repeatable procedures.

Shot 3 - X
* Lift without looking - madness
* Strong steady lift - but mid lift adjustment of weight. Counter balancing. Not repeatable, sort before lift.
* Adequate drop into the aiming area - perhaps a bit fast (up-down). Passable.
* Bombproof hold and good trigger control.
* Passable follow through although once again head is down looking at the monitor before you finish.

Shot 4 - 8.0 at 3 O'Clock
* Lift halfway looking - passable.
* Strong steady lift but again counterbalanced at the top of your lift which isn't repeatable. Bad.
* Drop into aiming area much too fast - searching for aiming hold for way too long. Bad.
* Blow 2-3 seconds trying to fix a bad shot - should have canceled.
* Snatch at an ever diminishing shot window. Athletes response of 'aww come-on' suggests he knew it was a bad call.

Summary: Forcing a shot that was never really 'on'.
Remedy: Cancel at the first sign of trouble. Why make it harder than it already is.

Shot 5 - X
* Lift whilst looking - Outstanding.
* Strong steady lift - mild counterbalance at top. Passable.
* Drop into aiming area a bit fast again - hard time slowing your arm to a stop.
* Steady hold - good trigger control. Rewarded with an X.

Summary: Set yourself up better for a good shot. Plunging fast into the aiming area still a problem.
Remedy: Slow that drop into the aiming area down.

Shot 6 - 8.5 - 12 O'Clock
* Lift whilst looking - Outstanding.
* Counterbalanced at the top of the lift and turned head into position as lifting. Both not repeatable.
* Drop into aiming area a better speed - but searching for aiming area hold again. Time wasted.
* Bit of a snatch, nothing serious - would have been a strong 9 or perhaps a 10 without the snatch.
* Athlete once again gets audibly upset.

Summary: Time wasted on procedural errors, and in looking for the aiming area. A small snatch robs you of a 9.
Remedy: Patience. Patience. Patience.

Shot 7 - X

* Counterbalanced at the top of the lift and turned head into position as lifting. Both not repeatable.
* Drop into aiming area slow - and time wasted hunting for the shot. (Up-down-up-down.)
* Once the up-down-up down stops you develop a very good hold. Best hold of the video.
* Good trigger control, balance, and a healthy bit of luck results in an X.

Summary: What a great hold.
Remedy: Do more of that and less of that up-down business!

Shot 8 - X
* Good strong lift - adequately counter balanced before lift. Great.
* Looked at target before lift. Outstanding.
* Nice drop into the aiming area - bit of a sway but corrected adequately. Best one of the video.
* Strong hold once more. 2nd best of the video. No up-down business in this shot, great.
* Good trigger control and follow through. Head down again to view monitor - don't like that.

Summary: Ditched that up-down business. Probably for the best.
Remedy: Not much to add here - bit of balance work might help some.

Shot 9 - 10 at 4 O'Clock

* Counterbalanced at the top of the lift and turned head into position as lifting. Both not repeatable.
* Drop into aiming area much too fast.
* Up-down-up-down. Wobble wobble.
* Suddenly from nowhere: a surgeon quality hold.
* X
* Smirk from Athlete perhaps suggests a hint of luck in that shot.

Summary: Bailed out with a nice hold.
Remedy: Could have been an easier shot with good procedures.

Shot 10 - 8.5 at 8 O'Clock

* Losing power in lift. Counterbalanced to finish lift.
* Down much too fast (watch hand plunge down and then up as the hand struggles to correct (6:10).
* Up-down ensues as athlete tries to find the mark.
* Arm running out of boogie. Big snatch as the arm collapses to the left.
* 8.

Summary: Cancel at the first sign of trouble.
Remedy: Slow that drop into the aiming area. Take a break if needed.

Those 7s and 8s could easily be 9s with the following steps.

* Develop a repeatable procedure. Counter balance before lift, straighten head before lift, determine natural point of aim before lift.
* Slow down your drop into the aiming area.
* Take a break if tired.
* Cancel at the first sign of trouble. You can't take back a bad shot.
* Getting upset seldom helps.

You are doing everything right, as to form and breaking the shot.
1. Make every shot a one shot match.
2. Drop the Dam it's, if you shoot a 7 or 8, just make believe it didn't happen.
Or just say to yourself, "that's not like me".
3. Set goals, like it was a good session if all shots are within the 8 ring,
Then all shots are within the 9 ring.
4. Don't get negative with yourself, not all practices or matches will be what you want.
Always be positive. Find something good about the practice or match.
Like 6 of my shots were 10's.
5. Practice, practice.
6. Getting into a postal match, liKe "shooter" is offering, is good training, it makes the session worth
while.
7. Keep a diary, write only positive statements about each session. If it was a good target, cut it out
and paste it into the diary. Never use a single negative term.
8. Don't get hung up with scores, save that for matches in the future.
Remember, you are really only competing against yourself.
9. At a match, don't listen to the negative talk as shooters come off the line. You can be social after the
match is over.
10. Don't forget to have fun. It's hard work, but the rewards can be great.
11. Don't forget to smile.

What is the device you have there taking the image from your scope to your tablet/pc/iPad? Did you make it up yourself or is it something I could buy?
