My club is about to decide to install an electronic scoring system. One problem (besides financing!) is the place available on the shooting line. Is there anyone out there who has an idea. E.g. I was thinking of mounting the screens flat in the shooting table and protecting them with bullet proof glass. A protection against pellets can't be that thick nor expensive.
Thank you for your suggestions!

Re: Installation of Electronic System
Bulletproof glass can be pricey, depending on the installation. If one is only shooting pellets a thick plexi-glass panel should suffice. It could also be made user replaceable. Remove four screws and pop in a new panel, as needed. The biggest issue with regard to mounting a monitor flat is the lighting conditions on the range. Each station could suffer from different reflective sources obscuring the image. The monitors may need to have some adjustment to correct for this. Of course one could also change the lighting.

Plexiglass is acrylic - Not all that tough.
Polycarbonate is much tougher, but more prone to scratching.
