Hi,
We have a LP10 and a LP2, both are lovely pistols.
The LP2 has the ball raced trigger mech, like the LP10. What it lacks are the moving compensator weight and the vertical barrel vents. You can just about notice a a minute reduction in recoil with the LP10, over the LP2. If you can warrant spending a bit more get a LP10, otherwise the LP2. You would need to be a very good shooter to get higher scores with the. LP10 over the LP2.
Some shooters do strip down a LP10 by removing the barrel shroud and fitting the LP2 compensator, to make it a bit lighter. It is very easy to then confuse the LP10 and LP2.
I hope this is useful,
Sarah
