New black background on this site?

Am I the only one that has a black background with white lettering on this site?

Is there a reason for this?

If not, let me just say it is horrible. This is extremely hard to read.

I didn't want to say too much, as I didn't know if something like someone passed away. I have seen that on another site.

Oops. Didn't know. He gave me a bit of coaching when I was shooting at Prado, Chino in the late 1980's-1990's. He autographed a copy of his book for me when it came out.

Sorry to hear about him gone. He was a pleasure to work with.
