Reloading for 45acp accuracy question?

i know that different guns like different loads, but anyone with a beginning suggestion for me?

my nephew is going to load me some 45acp. he has 185 semi wad cutters and IMR 700x powder.

what's a good powder load for this combo?

RCBS Manual:
45-185-BB bullet
CCI 300 primer
Speer cases
700x
3.8 gr 726fps
4.3 gr 825fps MAX

Lyman Manual:
#452389 bullet
Rem LP primers
Federal cases
700x
4.0 gr 760fps
5.5 gr 1010fps MAX

I used 4.0 gr of 700x in the past and would get around 750fps and good accuracy. Your mileage will vary of course!
