I would call Larrys looks like it's integrated into the upper and requires extensive machining.

Larrys might sell the uppers, will be $$$$

Benelli

If you're referring to the Benelli 90/95, Larry told me that the barrels are press fit (plus of course the visible set screws underneath), and he had made a special press to remove and replace them. However not every barrel may require using the special press. When replacing the barrel of course, as with any barrel, head spacing is critical. I decided not to try doing it myself.
