2007/2013 action in a 2313 stock

We are looking at getting the new square action 2007/2013 to fit into our son's current 2313 stock. The stock currently has a 1907, I want to make sure before I make the leap that there won't be any issues. Someone indicated that the new action wouldn't float in the older 2313 stock. Is that correct?

Does his 2313 stock currently use an adaptor block in it for the round action 1907 to fit in it?

If it has an adaptor block, essentially that is the size of the square action 20 series action and you would be fine.

I have a 2313 stock that was build for a round action ahg and that would not allow a square action to be placed in it.

Round action and square action stocks have different part numbers, 2213 vs 2313 to prebvent just this confusion.
