I'm in my recovery phase in my shooting and have started my 12 month planning. I've read all about planning in Air rifle shooting and in that book it says that every training session should have a clearly defined competition.
What are your thoughts about that. Should every session have a competition even when I'm long away from where I want to peak for my selected competition?
Can you describe a training session under the "building phase" and a training session say three weeks before the main competition. Describe it as detailed as possible, how long, how many shoots, what goal or goals is it at that session and so on.
The thing that I want to make better this coming 12 months is to be able to shoot good scores on my main competition or competitions and not a week or two before or after.
