After only just coming across Mannel in the TargetSA shop in Adelaide, I've been extremely interested in the ASB bolt design and positioning with regards to its ability to help maintain position.
A few searches yields little about them, so now that the rifle has been out for a small while I wouldn't mind knowing if anyone has had some experience with them and if they stand up to rifles such as the FWB 2700?
Apparently there were some problems (in the past) with after sales service from this manufacturer. I Imagine if the accuracy is anything less than a 2700/KK300/1913 then they might as well not bother.
Never seen one of these in real life but the idea if the bolt design does look interesting.
Were those complaints the ones over on the NZ shooting forum?
If Warren Potent sees this, I saw some of your posts from a few years back about avoiding the Mannel. Just wondering if you could elaborate as to what problems you found/saw with it? Or anyone else for that matter whose been around them.
From what I gathered it seems that if there is an issue with a rifle component then....good luck. Can't say that is absolutely true but that's the word around the camp fire so to speak.
