Well your opening post certainly reads like you were complaining about the time. My personal view is that grip is everything. You will spend years mucking around with it, what's five weeks?

As I wrote earlier, the grip is not for me. I certainly would not spend time mucking around with it since it is not mine. It won't even fit me.

I was not complaining, I just wanted to understand how the process work. Take away all those mal-intent answers and sarcastic replies, made by people who have absolutely no desire to answer the questions other than trying to humiliate me or discouraging me from posting, the posts with the real answer and content did help me understand how it works.

I am not an arms expert, there are things I simply do not understand and I have to draw my guess or conclusion from my experience from other crafts and activities.

I have much better things to do if I were in Milan; and I have much better places that I enjoy going to than Milan. Shopping and window shopping are not my hobby. I did enjoy chatting with security guards of the Milan museums after talking my way into getting in for free so that they let me touch and fondle every single items that was a "Don't touch" and stayed inside a case.

Well lets look at it this way, there is one vendor named Rink doing grips with a 5 week lead time. I guess that makes five weeks the defacto normal, if you are seeking a Rink grip...

Thanks. I did not know about various makers until a few months ago. I thought Morini is the only one who does customized grip, until I saw someone with a Rink on a Toz-35.
