SCATT setup problem

I am having a problem getting SCATT set up. We have the USB version.

I have followed the installation instructions exactly. When a new practice session is started the sensor works and calibrates the rifle. But after closing the calibration dialog box the program does not trace the sensor. Nothing happens from that point on. I have a feeling that I'm missing some simple step.

I'll call support next week but I'd like to solve this problem immediately, if possible.

Issue is with barrel shape and mounting of sensor. Thanks.
