I had my Morini tested at Nammo's Laupa test center in Mesa AZ December of last year. The facility features a 100m tunnel and a large selection of Laupa and SK ammo for testing purposes.
The setup is top notched, the vise is custom built and has zero play, it's bolted to a steel table that is secured to a slab of poured concrete three feet under ground. The electronic target is place at 50m with several monitors displaying the result and velocity.
Darrel the facility manager, is very knowledgeable with testing rimfire rifle and pistol. I would recommend this place to any serious shooters. Here is a video about the place.
