Re: NCAA site
Rifle is nice, but I really wanted the pistol results. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think pistol is an NCAA sport?

Highlights were on the NRA blog but I never found full results (not yet at least):

Full results will eventually be posted at:

Spencer, I think the problem is that Collegiate shooting is not run by the NRA. They just certify the results. The competition is held at Fort Benning (Army facility) and USA shooting I dont believe is the governing body either.Spencer wrote:back to my question...
Why the delay?
We had a zone competion last weekend with 237 matches shot - results were on the web on the Monday.
Updating/creating web pages for results is not rocket science.
When no one is responsible directly for the whole thing, and collegiate shooting does not operate their own web site, the NRA probably just posts them after they certify them.
Isabel ... NRA does indeed run the Sectional qualifiers and the National Championships. In addition they also run the qualifiers and National Championships for Collegiate Club Rifle.
NCAA Collegiate shooting is not run by NRA, it is run by NCAA with USA Shooting rules with modifications.
NRA is always traditionally VERY slow in getting results posted. The results are given out at the banquets of the events, but have not been posted in previous years until the Sectional Bulletins are published and sent out. (Sept?)
In addition this year Tori Croft (who heads up these programs) had a death in the family and I expect the results to be a bit later.
