I've recently purchased a Walther SSP and LP400. The SSP came with a small tube of Special Grease to lubricate the springs. The local distributor has just told me that Walther don't sell this as an accessory and that i should source a good non teflon based grease instead. Similarly for the LP400 they suggest a good silicon based grease. I'm relatively new to this sport and would welcome suggestions from the community as to what products may be suitable.
Thanks.
Rick

Walther Grease
Greetings,
I wrote to Walther asking about the lube for my Haemmerli SP20 and 280 sear.
They replied stating they use "Liqui-Moly" LM47
I apply a "wee bit" with a toothpick to the sear engagement surfaces. It will reduce your trigger weight so double check before going to your next match.
I found a tube on the Internet. It is used to lubricate constant velocity joints on motor cars.
The tube I got was the 100 gram size. Looks a lot like a tube of toothpaste, do not leave it in the bathroom.
Cheers,
Dave

In the US, AutohausAZ stocks LM47.

FYI...
Liqui Moly GmbH replaced No.2004 LM47 with No.2003 Long-Life Grease. Same product with different label.
