Need suggestions on major sight adjustment.

Trying to mount a scope on a 2013 and a Clark custom 10/22, both with dovetails. Both guns shoot way off the target and low. Cannot click enough to zero group.

Is there an adjustable elevation mount for these dovetail receivers? Neil Johnson had a set years ago, but cannot find them online.

Any suggestions?

P.S. No shims, just adjustable mount.

Sounds like the sight is faulty if both are that far off. But I think they are made - have a look for target open sights as well as they all fit the dovetails.
