Toz 35 vs Hammerli 106

Chris, I want to order an American made replacement firing pin spring for my Toz. What S&W model rebound spring should I look for? I replaced the original spring last week.

You need a 16LB rebound spring for Smith & Wesson J, K, L and N frame revolvers

They are a little too long so cut off a few rounds and they work very well.

That is the correct spring but you should not need to cut it. I had a new original spring I compared it to and they are close enough to the same length. After you pull one out of your Toz which has been in the there for a few years it will be shorter.

I bought a 10 pack and have fixed a few others Toz's.

The Wolff S&W rebound spring is obviously longer than the toz spring. I used it uncut from the beginning, but occasionally the firing pin would not release since the spring tension was too much. I cut off a few rounds and it worked very well after that. Off course YMMW.
