Now 1st stage, 2nd stage travel makes more senses. What was the coach telling the beautiful girl in red sweater, use short 2nd stage travel or longer 2nd stage travel?

Now I understand where my chicken finger come from. On the video, you pull through 2nd stage bump with more smooth force, don't get rampart on 2nd stage bump with ginger, tentative touches. Just force through it, as the speedometer diagram showed. The coach was making animated gesture to force through the 2nd stage bump.

I like the coach teaching rebalance yourself between shots.

I like the idea of "Doumolin belt". I think I am going to get one for my gun box.
