TOZ-35 step by step reassembly?

Post by javaduke »

I feel so stupid. I just bought a used TOZ-35 and took it apart for cleaning, now I have a bunch of small parts, springs and screws all over the place and have no idea how to put them back together. Is there any step-by-step instruction for disassembly and reassembly? I do have the parts diagram but it doesn't really help a lot. Are there any photos or videos available?

Thanks a lot!

TOZ fix

Post by doughert@ptd.net »

I did much the same thing. I opted to send my TOZ to Greg Derr a well regarded TOZ specialist. He fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. His URL is

Larry Carter has wall sized exploded diagrams of TOZ35s which are a help.

Please post any info that you find. It would certainly be better to be able to fix your own gun.

Regards
Steve

Well, I finally figured it out, for some reason I was trying to install the hammer backwards and was unable to insert the pivot pin back in place. Now everything is fixed and working. As always, the best way for me to learn is on my own mistakes.
